The Airborne Process
Following 11 years of extensive research and development, the Airborne Process™ has been successfully demonstrated through rigorous testing and trial.

Sodium flue gas purification is well established as a superior pollution abatement process. Prior to the development of the Airborne Process™, sodium scrubbing was plagued by two fundamental problems: i.) the high cost of the sodium bicarbonate used to scrub the pollutants, and ii) the disposal of the resulting sodium sulfate by-product. |
 |
The Airborne Process™ employs a proprietary method of sodium bicarbonate regeneration. The sodium sulfate by-product (the end product after scrubbing of flue gas emissions has occurred) is regenerated into two end products. The first product is sodium bicarbonate for re-use in the scrubbing process, with the second being fertilizer which can be sold, therefore eliminating disposal costs and producing a revenue source for Airborne. Compared to other cleaning solutions, this regeneration process reduces operating costs, waste and eliminates landfill. |
 |
A patented granulation process is the proprietary method by which the ammonia sulfate is turned into a high quality market ready fertilizer.
